Eggel Bagel Oy vey! First created in 1976 to compete with the newly introduced Egg McMuffin; the EB has fully matured into a truly gourmet breakfast take on the lox & bagel tradition. Toasted bagel, cream cheese, wild Alaskan smoked salmon, two poached eggs, garnished with thin sliced red onion & capers. Served with golden hash-brown potatoes with onion.
